Will
Wills role at Nexus is to provide key services to all of
our clients. As a Microsoft Certified Professional Will provides key support to
our clients whilst ensuring automation systems are doing their job. In his
spare time Will mixes his time between surfing, cooking, gaming (well he is in
IT!) and being a father.
What you didn’t know about Will – He is full of general knowledge, he could be the next Google!
Jo
Jo is our operations director. She provides the company
with stability and ensures that our best practise model is adhered to. From new
business development through to ensuring we are paid on time Jo takes pride in
the knowledge that we provide a very high level of service and a friendly and
supportive support team. Out of the office she is taxi for her two boys and a
reluctant gym member!
What you didn’t know about Jo – she used to be a teacher, just what we need to keep us all in check.
Toby
Toby is our resident stress ball. His main role in the
business is to pacify us when things get manic and of course to ensure anyone
is vetted when they visit the office. As with all hounds he spends his spare
time sleeping, in fact it is common knowledge that he spends all of his time
sleeping.
What you didn’t know about Toby – he is probably the worst guard dog in the world!
Ross
Ross runs the Technical Department. As Technical Manager
he is a man of many hats but client satisfaction being top of the list. From
implementation of internal systems and processes through to streamlining our
automation software he brings depth and knowledge to Nexus. Ross spends his
personal time keeping fit, kayaking, attempting golf and learning Polish from
his wife.
What you didn’t know about Ross – ‘down one this week’, he used to work for Bruno Brookes!
Gareth
Gareth founder of Nexus, has several roles within the
company. Namely if no one else has been employed to do it then it ends up in
his in tray. His role within the business is to ensure that a steady number of
clients sign up for support services and that they are all looked after. His
approach is friendly yet professional and thus ensures a long term relationship
and commitment. In his spare time Gareth sails, DIY’s, spends time with this
family and works!!
What you didn’t know about Gareth – he once fixed Alan Balls computer and didn’t know who he was!
N-Tech
We contract 2500 N-Tech agents who’s role at Nexus
ensures our Active Fix Technology performs seamlessly. N-Techs role comprises
of monitoring, auditing, patching and automating fixes. These guys report to
both Ross and Will and ensure we can operate more effectively with fewer
humans. Alas N-techs do not have the privilege of spare time as they are 100%
dedicated to your machine and work 365/24/7.
