N-Tech - Technical Support
The most important role at Nexus is with our 2500 N-Tech
agents. They ensure that our Active Fix Technology performs seamlessly. N-Techs
role comprises of monitoring, auditing, patching and automating fixes. These
guys report to both Ross and Will and ensure we can operate more effectively
with fewer humans. Alas N-techs do not have the privilege of spare time as they
are 100% dedicated to your machine and work 365/24/7.
What you didn't know about N-tech – they are proven to increase your

Jo - Operations Director
Jo is our Operations Director and she provides the company
with stability and ensures that our best practice model is adhered to. From new
business development through to ensuring we are paid on time Jo takes pride in
her her role and provides a very high level of service and a friendly face.
Out of the office Jo is taxi to her two boys and a reluctant gym member!
What you didn’t know about Jo – she used to be a teacher, just what we need
to keep us all in check. Yes Mrs!!
Toby
Toby is our resident stress ball. His main role in the
business is to pacify us when things get manic and of course to ensure anyone
is vetted when they visit the office. As with all hounds he spends his spare
time sleeping, in fact it is common knowledge that he spends all of his time
sleeping.
What you didn’t know about Toby – he is probably the worst guard dog in the world!
Ross - Technical Manager
Ross runs the Technical Department. As Technical Manager
he is a man of many hats with client satisfaction being top of the list. From
implementation of internal systems and processes through to streamlining our
automation software he brings depth and knowledge to Nexus.
Ross spends his free time keeping fit, kayaking, attempting golf and learning
Polish from his wife.
Gareth - Managing Director
Gareth founder of Nexus, has several roles within the
company. Namely if no one else has been tasked to do it then it ends up in
Gareth’s tray. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem solving.
Gareth is the ideal person to plan your IT strategy and make sure the chosen
solution works for your business. Gareth's friendly and approachable manner has
been a key element in the development of many long term relationships with his
clients.
In his spare time Gareth sails, DIY’s, and spends time with this family!!
