Best business deal: Abels Solicitors

My opinion:I feel this is my best deal as we implemented leading edge technology into a firm of solicitors, who didn’t really realise they needed it! I believe the best deals are beneficial to both parties.  This deal works for the client and for us, as once implemented; the system is so robust we only receive a handful of calls every month.  This ensures the client is happy and that have more billing hours available as a direct result of less downtime.

Company involved: Abels Solicitors

Cost of deal: We were invited to assess the current IT setup and the requirements to transform.  The lead came through BNI as a referral and would have cost £2K. 

Value of Deal: £46K.  With regard to professional development we would like to case study this installation and look at other family run solicitors who could benefit from the same setup.  More uptime equates to more productive staff and less stress.  

The result: By delivering to the client what we promised, I feel it puts Nexus in a position of trust.  In future if we feel the client would benefit from new hardware or software it will be easier to implement.

Additionally we have managed to install a complete system over their existing one saving the cost of replacement hardware but ensuring they have a robust infrastructure, backup and managed services.
